Partial planning is designed for couples who want to remain hands-on with planning but need expert support, structure, and execution throughout the process. I provide guidance, organization, and professional coordination at key stages while you stay actively involved in decision-making and vendor coordination.

Pre-Event

  • Monthly planning meetings throughout the planning process, with additional meetings scheduled as needed to support decision-making and progress

  • Unlimited communication via phone, text, or email

  • A custom online planning portal with event details, vendor information, schedules, updates, and important documents all in one place

  • A custom vision board and design guidance to help define your overall event aesthetic

  • Curated vendor recommendations based on your event vision and needs

  • Assistance coordinating and communicating with selected vendors throughout planning process

  • General guidance, advice, and support throughout the entire planning process

  • Creation of a detailed master planning timeline and customized planning checklists

  • Budget support and organization

  • Event floor plan and layout assistance

  • Coordination of guest accommodations and transportation, if needed

  • Full coordination and direction of the ceremony rehearsal the evening prior to your event, ensuring all participants understand timing, positioning, and flow for the seamless wedding day

  • Additional support + custom details:

    • Every event is unique. Prior to your event, we will discuss any venue-specific requirements, special requests from the couple, and unique details of your celebration (such as managing food service flow, monitoring dessert availability, or other personalized elements) to ensure everything is handled smoothly and intentionally. 

Day-of Event

On the day of, I am your right hand. Anything you need - I am there so you can fully enjoy the moment.

  • Includes up to 12 hours on-site to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish

  • Main point of contact for all vendors, clients, family members, and guests throughout the event

  • Day-of set-up and tear down

  • Set-up of personal details and decor, including signage, guest books, place cards, charger plates, favors, etc.

  • A fully stocked emergency kit on-hand for any last-minute needs

  • Direction and execution of all ceremony and reception events to ensure seamless timing, flow, and coordination between vendors, wedding party, and guests, including but not limited to:

    • Managing and calling processional order

    • Cueing ceremony start and processional timing

    • Timing music, entrances, and transitions throughout ceremony

    • Ensuring officiant, DJ, photographer, and all vendors are aligned and prepared for each moment

    • Managing reception flow and key event moments, including introductions, speeches, dinner service, and special events

  • Handling any unexpected issues or day-of hiccups quickly and discreetly

  • Coordination of vendor load-out and end-of-night logistics, if needed

  • Final scope day-of execution is customized based on your event, venue logistics, and event design
