Whether you are exchanging vows at a cozy cabin, on a mountaintop, or at a destination surrounded by your closest family and friends, I will be there to guide you through every step of the planning process to create a seamless elopement and meaningful experience.
From coordinating vendors and travel logistics to creating timelines and managing the day-of details, my goal is to take the stress off your shoulders so that you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

Creation, printing, and distribution of comprehensive elopement planning timelines, itineraries, and checklists for vendors, wedding party, and key family members to ensure seamless coordination during your elopement
Budget support and organization
Event floor plan and layout assistance
Coordination of guest accommodations and transportation to and from venue, if needed
Assistance coordinating the shipping of shipping of items to and from your elopement destination, if needed
Full coordination and direction of the ceremony rehearsal the evening prior to your event, ensuring all participants understand timing, positioning, and flow for the seamless wedding day

Every elopement is unique. Prior to your event, we will discuss any venue-specific requirements, special requests from the couple, and personalized details of your celebration to ensure everything is handled smoothly and intentionally.
Day-of
On the day of your elopement, I am your right hand. Anything you need - I am there so you can fully enjoy the moment.
Includes up to 12 hours on-site to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish
Main point of contact for all vendors, clients, family members, and guests throughout the event
Day-of set-up and tear down
Set-up of personal details and decor, including signage, guest books, place cards, charger plates, favors, etc.
A fully stocked emergency kit on-hand for any last-minute needs
Direction and execution of all ceremony and reception events to ensure seamless timing, flow, and coordination between vendors, wedding party, and guests, including but not limited to:
Managing and calling processional order
Cueing ceremony start and processional timing
Timing music, entrances, and transitions throughout ceremony
Ensuring officiant, DJ, photographer, and all vendors are aligned and prepared for each moment
Managing reception flow and key event moments, including introductions, speeches, dinner service, and special events
Handling any unexpected issues or day-of hiccups quickly and discreetly
Coordination of vendor load-out and end-of-night logistics, if needed
Final day-of execution is customized based on your event, venue logistics, and event design
